The right person is a self-starter that can work independently and as part of a team. To be qualified, you need to have executed campaigns directly in a DSP, Google or Facebook business manager. This is a support role where you’ll manage campaign implementation, reporting and analysis while also being mentored to learn strategy and campaign creation from more senior-level team members.
- Managing paid campaigns on DSPs, Facebook, Google and more.
- Uploading ads, monitoring performance and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- Generating regular paid digital and social performance reports.
- Participating in regular brainstorms and strategy sessions.
- Client reporting along with reviewing reports with actionable insights.
- 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Actively run campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook, and DSPs with little support.
- Knowledge of social media page management and best practices.
- Experience with Google Analytics and other forms of analytics.
- Voracious consumer of news and information about trends.
- Strong writing and grammar skills.
- Excellent multi-tasker who is organized and detail-oriented.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Creative problem solver.
- Certifications for any digital/social platform.
- Canva and other design skills.
